Meet Lillie

Hi! Thank you for being here!

I am Lillie Pallo. I am a wife to Jason, mama of 2 beautifully wild kids, veteran of the US Air Force, CrossFit athlete, and much, much more.

I am a Fitness Professional. My undergrad degree is in Exercise Physiology, I have been coaching CrossFit since 2014, am a Certified CrossFit Trainer, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach.

I have lived and trained through 2 pregnancies/postpartum. Most of that time while I was working full time in a very demanding job. I understand the demand motherhood places on your life, your body, and your mind. I also know your time and money are important. My goal is to meet you where you are in your journey, help you meet your goals while providing you the tools you need to succeed in the future.

Invest in yourself, in the body that has worked so hard for you, and in the goals you have…no matter how big or how small. I will meet you where you are and walk along side you and we work towards your goals.
